Aria is such a sweetheart. All you have to do is look into her eyes. Best wishes with all your challenges. This article is an interesting comparison to your previous one. It’s a delicate balance.

All the best, hope you make it to England.

Give my best to Aria Cheryl. Always good to hear from you and a message of kindness is always a good reminder🥰

kindness always creates a chain reaction. like a ripple in a pond. nothing exists in isolation. and sometimes it only takes one kindness to change the course of a day, a week, perhaps even a life. xo

Bless you, Cheryl! We can never outgive God. You’ve just had proof of that.

We have plans to move to Italy soon, hopefully. Not an easy undertaking for two seniors...one more senior than the other! We need prayer too.

Would be so lovely to meet you one day.

I spend 3-4 months a year in Italy and the kindness of my Italian friends (and acquaintance) is incredible!

That is signature Italy. I love your post. And I hope that trip to England happens. If you need ANY help/feedback/advice re: this absurd and daunting industry, just let me know.

It's the little moments of kindness that keep us going, isn't it? My thoughts are with you and Aria. Our dogs are family and every minute with them is precious.

Oh, how I love that photo of beautiful Aria. Please give her a hug from me. It truly is wonderful to receive small acts of kindness. In the long run, those encountered are remembered and treasured. Stay strong on your trip to England! I am in the midst of crazy private Spanish health insurance, never ending wire transfers, luggage issues, realtor headaches, on and on. But somehow in my heart I know it will be all be worth the struggle.

I’m so sorry to hear about Aria. I know how much we come to love and depend on our furry friends. We had one for 14 years and still think about him. Those little (or larger) gestures are what keeps my faith in humanity. Thank you for this reminder. Best of luck to you Cheryl!

Aria is adorable! I hear ya, having pets is not easy. Our Jiver just turned 16, has dementia and chronic bronchitis. Everyone keeps saying maybe it is time to call it a day for him. But he is so cute and happy in the AMs. It is so hard. :( And then there are all the underlying relationship issues with and because of the dog in our love triangle! Ugh. Aint life grand? And painful most of the time.

Thank God for the small kindnesses. Life´s little rebates. We certainly need them!

Best to you both.
